There I was,
Contacting Birmingham Approach on a handoff, when on the net I recognize former COG member/TC owner (Todd Harding) giving me a quick 'Hey 4JA how is it going?'.
Todd is now flying a Comanche twin and diverted his ADS-B check to land at my destination where my wife was 'pleasantly' surprised to see Todd deplane from the twin.
We had a great visit / BBQ lunch (fighting over the check) and then off he went to his home field a few min's to the North.
Later that weekend we crossed airways again on Atlanta Approach's freq, but obviously keeping the 'howdy's' to a minimum on their busy net.
Just a quick SITREP that Todd and Maggie are doing well and are proud twin owners.
