About to take possession of a 115

Hi everyone, thanks for making me welcome, I am about to take possession of a 115 question; is there a separate POH and maintenance manual for the 115 or am I to use the 114b? If so what are the changes between the two models? mainly concerned about weight & balance/speeds etc.
