Hello Everyone! today I happened to spot 31JT at KOUN, Norman Oklahoma Westheimer airport. I understand the plane has been on the ramp all weekend, and I would love to check it out up close, but I don't like doing that without the owner present. Does anyone know who it belongs to? Thanks!
