Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Started working on the flight plan; Hey? What's these Blue "T" route things??? (Just Kidding) . . .

Serious question? Does anyone know if they are part the GPS database/subscription? Or do you have to manually load each waypoint?

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Do I recall mention of Ms. Mao going to address the group? Is that still a go? (date/time)

2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Ms. mao is working through some visa and other scheduling issues and is unlikely to join us in Dayton. She is sending a couple of her factory representatives to show the company flag.

As a Canuck living in Michigan what beer should I bring?

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Canadian Molson Draft is always good, and not the water downed version they make for the usa market with the lower alcohol content, the real Molson from Canada is the best.

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Okay Paul and Craig the hi test beer will be in my baggage compartment. My wife Sue and I look forward to meeting you at the fly in.

Best regards,

Pete

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Pete, don't forget that the border boys don't care WHAT your bring in as long as it is not tobacco or alcohol ! See you next week. The agenda looks so great that we are looking now to fly in on Thursday afternoon.

Cheers, Tony

Bell's Oberon ... chilled ... as much as you can carry!!!

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

THAT is a phenomenal schedule Pat. Amazing. Those of us who have worked on this thing in the past know what a herculean task that is. Best one I have ever seen in 10+ years.

Some of you like me will want to have a copy to print and carry. I transferred Pat's to a PDF you can print and/or keep on your cell phone. Remember thought that there may be updates, so this is as of Friday Morning 09/19.
(p.s. I tried everything to get rid of that gray shading but it just would not go away!)

Well, that is still fantastic. Sure they will be impressed by our COG turnout!
Their reports should further 'excitement'!
Did you all read the other day that China is planning a whole new town based around General Aviation?

Probably will arrive Wednesday now, as 'my Artist' has to deliver a big Restoration project to her client on Tuesday.

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

There will be copies of the schedule to pick up at the airport when you arrive.

Re: 2014 Dayton Fly In Schedule Update

Carolyn from the TrueNorth team is busy readying the nametags! She is somewhat perplexed by some of the names though.
