I was noticing one of our brethren posting images of his 114 HS conversion. Very cool. Wondering what the impact to W&B is?

Hi Phil.

I don't have the new W and B in front of me right now but it is pretty near a full one inch forward on my C of G after the HS install. Keep in mind that this one inch forward comes after already having reduced my front end weight with an MT prop, Skytek starter and then also installing a lightweight alternator. Hopefully that answers what you were looking for?

Hi Phil. Definitely took a hit on the empty weight. I want to say around 35-40 pounds after all is said and done.
