    Hey Carl. What am I missing here... There is a clearly stated warning to not go over 24" MP if less than 2400 RPM. Yet, the power setting graph states a 75% setting at 2400 RPM could be at 27" to 25" depending upon altitude. How can that be? At 2399 RPM you have to immediately reduce to...

    Airport recommendation just south of Atlanta and off I-75?

    Looking to do KLOU to that recommendation. There is 99% chance Atlanta will want to reroute me around the inner circle (at least) so I am thinking going around to the West and then into a good airport just South. Maybe 6A2? That looks nice. Cheap fuel. Thank all.

    Rule of thumb for TO when needing 27"

    Hi all. Is there a way to determine the right dial in prior to TO for achieving 27"mp as opposed to having to apply brakes/full throttle/dial in on the runway? Do you guys do this at run up to prep for TO? Thanks. Jason
