    Air Chart systems

Just saw on AOPA today that Air Chart Systems is stopping Publication of it's charts. Nuts! I've used them since buying my Commander. I've always felt more comfortable with Paper than the Electronic versions, and their product was pretty good. There is one other company I know of, TriNav, that...

    Fin Rib Kits

Re: Fin Rib Kits Dan: I was at the Commander Factory two years ago when cracks were found in my "Horseshoe" repair. Both Carl and Dave said I now had 150 hours to fly until a fix was required by the Service Bulletin. It was both their opinions that the aircraft wasn't "unsafe" to fly, So I fly...

    Fin Rib Kits

Re: Fin Rib Kits I had the horseshoe and it didn't last. Factory used the last rib they had to fix it three years ago. Now have the double rivit row. I'm of the opinion that if you plan on keeping your Commander for a long time, get this fix. It's your best bet for a permanent fix
