I just called and left a message that we have to cancel our trip down to see your aircraft. My insurance broker called to tell me that he could not find a company willing to insure me. An 82 yo pilot flying a retractable seems to make them very nervous. I'm going to have to change my plan and look for a fixed gear aircraft. My apologies if this caused you any inconvenience. Hi John, have you looked up at the antenna mount to see if it is broken or if it is just a radial that pulled out ? Do you have any Ham Radio buddies ? That is a 1940's era VHF 1/4 wave antenna that a short proper length steel rod could replace for a few bucks. I see the cost of them new and it blows me away (as a Ham Radio guy that has built a ton of antennas !

hey. Took a look. Almost definitely a bad probe.
Shows CHT at a negative number while EGT is perfectly normal for cyl #1
