Tony Varga mentioned that you might have the design drawings for the fuel flapper springs that you had made in 2013. Would you share those with me? I need a couple of springs and may have some made.

    Thank you.

There wasn't a design drawing, they used a good spring to make and duplicate the existing ones in stainless and forget the spring thickness and think I posted it on the spring forum at some point. The spring company went out of business too and I have now way t find the owner and contact him, as they built a jig to make the initial run of springs about 120 I think. You might want to post you are looking for some on the forums as a lot of owners bought multiple pairs of them and might be willing to sell them.
Hi Paul, When I first got the commaander, I had it in a hangar in Worcester. In the very early 80's I moved it to KFIT.
I was in a low numbered hangar for a few years and have been in #38 for the past 10.
N1444J is light blue & White. If you are in fitchburg going to the non-exsistent resturant or just stopping into KFIT to buy some over-priced fuel; then stop in. If you see a white toyota by the door , then I am working on the panel doing an upgrade.
    Best Regards,

Dont know why I didn't see this message sooner and just did tonight, I used to own an Archer with a partner in 2010-2013 and think it was in hanger 26 or 28 and really not sure and anyway there was a Commander abutting are hanger and could see a glimpse of it through the hole between the hangers for the electrical power to our panel and must be yours, as you dont see to many Commanders in our our area.

I saw searched the planet for the perfect plane and bought a 114 and sold my Archer partnership.

Would be great to get together and did you finish your panel? I just started doing my panel over for the 2nd time since 2013 when I bought the plane, adding ADSB In/out, engine monitor and large gps either Garmin or Avidyne and undecided and grounded for a month or two at the moment.

Like I said would be good to get together and meet another Commander owner as there aren't many of us in the area, and let me know next time you are going to the ap at KFIT and would be great to meet.
