Yeah not....but probably pretty fair. There are several clips of me flying my airplane in this video. I did a photo shoot about 6 years ago.

I made a quick trip to Austin yesterday to pick up my son. Had 35 kts on the nose, but the same as a tailwind going back. It was nice to be at 24" MP and 23 RPM and getting 175 kts on the ground for a miserly 11.1 GPH.

Well done....I was the first viewer! I actually did not catch it was from Ryan until I started it. The "from the Rockies" threw me off. That was a good weekend.

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I was locked out and I went ahead and renewed membership and got back in. Only to find out that I should have had more time left on my previous membership.

I think that as SEL complex airplanes go a 114B is a really simple airplane to fly - IO-540 engine is bulletproof, the systems are simple, and probably the easiest airplane to land that I can think of. I've owned mine for 7 years and although I have a lot of experience, my son started flying...

I think that the main benefit is that it does QUICKLY clean up your briefing time for the charts - approach, SIDS, and STARS. Actually probably really a big benefit for STARS in anticipating which one will be assigned. I have a GTN 750 navigator, so probably not a total "game changer" but if...

Good video - glad to see that you flew a missed approach. I flew a couple of those the other day with my son as a Safety Pilot. I was a little surprised at how involved it is to fly one in IMC conditions in full landing configuration. I fly enough approaches in actual IMC to stay current, but...

We made our second trip down here on Friday. Clear skies so we did go to the McDonald Observatory. I am not a "star gazer" by any means, but I have to admit that the "show" at the Observatory this past Friday night was spectacular. We even saw the International Space Station go by in the sky...
