Rob, good morning. I am a CFI that is helping my student pilot out. He bought a Commander 114 to train in and his aircraft is currently in the shop for engine upgrade. That being said, he previously had a partial upgrade done to his panel that included only 1 G3x 10" screen as the shop doing it said no to the second screen it wouldn't fit. I have since show them your picture and curious to know 2 things. 1. How much work did they have to do to move things to get the 2nd G3x in there. 2. How did they get field approval on the rocker switches, as the shop said we couldn't get those rockers as they were not STC'd. It may be we just need to fly it down to Daytona, but would prefer not have to do that. If it is easier to discuss via phone, please feel free to reach out to me @ 7043632985.
