Currently a Program Manager and Site Executive at Raytheon Technologies in San Antonio, TX. Previous assignments have included the National Security Agency Liaison Officer for the south central United States and assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Also a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer, with 21 years of service. I spent 12 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Communications Analyst and 9 years in the Army in the field of Communications Analysis. Like all service men and women, I held a vast array of assignments which includes time in the Republic of the Philippines, Germany, Republic of Korea, Alaska, Florida, Maryland and Texas.
