Welcome to the group. This is the place to get to know Commanders. I am retired Air Force myself as a jet Engine Mechanic/Instructor for C130’s, F4’s and F-16’s. Retired in 1995. I love my 112A. My mission is about the same as yours. 1-2 people 90% of the time. I have flown 3 adults 285lbs, 250lbs, 170lbs without a problem, just need fuel management. The plane handles max weight great. I also have mine setup to fly without the rear seat if needed to fly a lot of baggage.
Anyway, my plane is not on the public market, but I am toying about selling. It has roughly 3100 airframe, 1700 eng, and 200 on the prop. A lot of new/newer things as well.
