Hello all. I've been interested in Commanders for many years and now my partners and I are working with Judi. Prior to this, I've owned a T-Arrow, Seneca II, S-Bonanza and short stint with a Debbie. One of the things that I find bothersome is that on several of the aircraft we're considering, the amount of hours flown over the past 20 + years is minimal. This applies also applies to O/H engines. We know that if you don't fly them frequently, you're asking for some problems, i.e. rust, etc.

Any suggestions and inputs would be greatly appreciated.
