 2008 Annual Fly-in Registration - Fredericksburg, Texas

The Commander Owners Group Annual Fly-in will be held this year on September 26th - 28th at the unique “Hangar Hotel” on the grounds of the Gillespie County Airport (T82) in Fredericksburg, Texas (see http://www.hangarhotel.com) COG has reserved all 50 rooms for the weekend, with numerous additional hotels available within 1-3 miles for overflow or single-day registrations.

As always, there will be activities planned throughout the weekend. Your 2-day, full conference registration includes the Friday evening Texas BBQ Buffet, the Saturday evening COG Annual Awards Banquet, multiple educational workshops and a COG 2008 T-shirt. A single day registration includes either Friday or Saturday dinner plus workshops and T-shirt. We also plan to have several vendors participate and display innovative aviation gear for the Commander line. If you plan to come earlier in the week, we anticipate no problem with rooms, but we advise reserving those dates when you register with the Hangar Hotel for the weekend.

We are excited to announce the keynote speaker for the Saturday evening event will be Colonel Richard H. Graham, a highly decorated former SR-71 pilot who has written several books on his experiences flying “the Blackbird.”

The two-day COG Registration Fee for the year’s event is $105 for the first person and $75 for each additional person occupying the same room. Registrants requiring multiple rooms will pay $105 for the first person in each room and $75 for each additional person. To stay at the Hangar Hotel you must register for both days and you must reserve your room at the Hangar Hotel for both Friday and Saturday nights!

To register for this year’s event all members will need to first complete and submit the COG Registration Form below and pay the registration fee to COG. Upon receipt of the funds, Bob Tippens will reply to the registrant with a COG Registration Number. The COG member then contacts the Hanger Hotel and uses that number to reserve a room for the weekend. You will pay your lodging fee directly to the Hangar Hotel. There will be one registration number required for each room. We will periodically post an update on how many rooms remain available at the Hangar Hotel.
